Heidi Mullins, Lecturer

 

Ms. Mullins has been a Houston educator since 1988. She received her undergraduate degree from Houston Baptist University in 1988 and her Masters degree in Art Education from the University of Houston in 2001.  She has served as a public educator for 15 years teaching art, music, bilingual and ESL.  She began as a lecturer at the University of Houston in the spring of 2002 where she currently teaches art education courses.  She is a practicing artist in photography, ceramics, and painting were she continues to explore new boundaries.  Ms. Mullins has had the opportunity to work with the Museum of Fine Arts Houston on the Franz Mayer Exhibit, Young Audiences of Houston, and the Blaffer Gallery’s Mobile Art Quest.  She continues to pursue her Ed.D in Art Education at the University of Houston.
